The specialization wise break up of the average package is not calculated, the overall average though was Rs 7+ lakhs per annum. In finance companies like Deloitte, SBI, KPMG, Accenture, Infosys and JP Morgan offered good roles with packages higher than the average package.

Hi,
You can't be a bank manager after completing the class 12th. Firstly, you have to complete your graduation and appear in bank exam, Bank PO will be more preferable.
If you will select as a Bank PO then your career path will go like this -
Bank PO- Assistant Manager- Branch Manager - Chief Manager - The AGM- The DGM- The CGM- GM

Finance students will undergo SAP training and special certification in financial analysis. These special certifications are helping students find better jobs in many good MNC's. I heard that finance interviews are normally tough but NSB prepares students well for interviews through a lot of mock interview/GD/aptitude tests.
