No, the BBA LLB (Hons) programme does not have a provision for lateral entry. Students must join from the first year and complete the five-year course. For admisson, candidates must have secured a valid score in any of the following entrance exams: CLAT/ LSAT INDIA/ CUET/ BMU SAT.

Additionally, the secondary eligibility criteria include that candidates must have secured a valid score in any of the following entrance exams: CLAT/ LSAT INDIA/ CUET/ BMU SAT.

The basic diiference among the BBA LLB hons and BBA-LLB course is that BBA-LLB Hons includes 8 additional specialised law subjects. The rest of the compulsory and optional papers are same in both programs.
