The BBA LLB programme is a five-year integrated course that comprises ten semesters, and lasts for five years. To be eligible for this program, the candidate must have passed the class 12 examination or an equivalent, and have obtained at least 45% of the total marks, in case of general category, and 40% of the total marks, in case of SC & ST applicants. - 10+2 level from any recognised board in India or Overseas with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Admission to B.A. LLB. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LLB. (Hons.) programme is made based on the merit followed by an interview.

The fees for the BBA LLB (Hons.) programme at UPES School of Law are as follows:
- Total Tuition Fees: INR 11.58 Lakhs for the 5-year program.
- Regular hostel fee for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli campus: INR 1,65,000/-.
- Interest-free refundable hostel security is additional to the hostel fee.
The total fees for the BBA LLB (Hons.) programme at UPES School of Law are approximately INR 11.58 Lakhs for tuition, in addition to the hostel fees and security deposit.
