BCA Admission Process

Smt. P.N. Doshi Women's College is a linguistic minority institution (Gujarati Language), 50% of the seats are reserved for gujarati speaking students.

As per the rules for admission to Junior College given by the High Court of Maharashtra and College administration, the students who have passed the I.C.S.E. or any other examination conducted by any statutory Board other than the Maharashtra State Board for Secondary Education must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the Bombay Divisional Board Office, currently located at Jogelkarwadi Municipal Primary School Building, Sion, Mumbai - 400 022.

The original HSLC shall be retained by the College as a permanent record, while the Original S.S.C. mark-sheet shall be returned to the candidate after the Government admission centers are closed.For Degree college the Admission is strictly given on the basis of overall merit.

Submit the application form and pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (Non- Refundable) online.

Selection Process: After verification of eligibility, applicants are directed to appear in an entrance test/ Personal Interview.

Offer Letter: is issued to the selected candidates based on merit for admission in the opted program.

The candidate needs to deposit the requisite fee as per the schedule mentioned in the offer letter.

Provisional Admission letter: Provisional admission letter is issued with detailed information to complete the admission process.

Admission is confirmed only after physical document verification at the campus. With reference to current pandemic conditions, this will happen whenever the student reports to the campus in person.

ERP Registration

• Download the COLLPOLL app on mobile.
• Login with credentials given in the admission confirmation letter.
• Fill the ERP form and note the Application Number for future reference.

As per the official website the list documents required at the NCHM BCA application process is mentioned below:

• Class 10/ SSLC marksheet (original + two photocopies)
• Class 11/ I PUC marksheet (original + two photocopies)
• Class 12/ PUC marksheet (original + two photocopies)
• Transfer certificate with caste/ category mentioned (original + two photocopies)
• Caste certificate and family income certificate issued by Tahsildar authorized by the Government of Karnataka in case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidates (for Karnataka students only)
• Photographs (six passport and four stamp-size)
• Anti-Ragging affidavit on a stamp paper worth INR 20
• Migration certificate (if required) (original + two photocopies)
