To be eligible for BCA, students must have Class 12 marksheet from a recognised board with a good aggregate score. Additionaly, students must appear for the CET exam and score good. The college offers entrance admission. Students must meet the eligibility criteria and simply apply online for the same for admission.

The eligibility criteria for BCA course at CIEM Kolkata is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination. The selection criteria for the course is merit-basis. Candidates who do not match the eligibility terms and conditions mentioned above are not eligible for BCA course admission at Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management.

To be eligible for the BCA programme at GITAM School of Science Visakhapatnam the aspiring candidates need a minimum of 50% or 5.0 CGPA (55% in the case of CBSE, ICSE, ISCSE, IGSCE, and IB) in Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent. Aspirants need to pass HSc examination with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) and English as passing subject to apply for Sri Balaji University Pune BCA programme. Candidates with a three-year diploma degree from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent aftee Class 10 can also apply. 

Aspirants with two-year diploma course in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent can also apply for BCA.

The students must have earned at least a 50% aggregate score in their 10+2 education from a recognised board. This means that candidates have to get at least a 50% grade in their higher secondary exams class 12th. Fulfilling these basic requirements a major degree at Seacom Skills University can be given and student can get admission in their desired college.

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Computer Science subjects. They should have secured a minimum of 50% marks from any recognised board.
