Yes, NIOS is accepted for BCA in GGDSD College, Chandigarh. If you passed 12th from NIOS with 50% marks and had Maths in 10th or 12th, you can apply. Admission is just on merit, no entrance exam needed.

Reading the cutoff of BCA in Chandigarh University, I am getting that you wanna enquire about the entrance test which is CUCET. I want to tell you that it is not compulsory to appear for CUCET for taking admission in BCA, it is advisable for all students to appear in CUCET to grab scholarship opportunities. Admission to the BCA programme requires a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 or its equivalent.
I am giving you the range of scholarships which you will have the opportunity to grab if you scored following marks in CUCET-
90.01 to 100 Marks: 100% Scholarship
80 to 90 Marks: 50% Scholarship
70 to 79.99 Marks: 40% Scholarship
