For textile engineering, knowledge of physics and chemistry will be required more as compared to biology. Though few topics will be related to Biology. Topics like heat transfer, mass transfer, bio-process engineering and topics related to dye.

A biology student can join B.Com course. All, you need is to prepare for its entrance that includes data interpretation, general English, logical reasoning and general awareness. You need to crack the entrance to get admission in B.Com.
There are many colleges and universities offering B.Com but you really need to hurry up because the last date for filling up the forms is coming close.
For IPU, the last date for filling up the form is 18th April 2017.
