Some universities may have a requirement for GRE and some may not have. I suggest you to check with the universities for the same.
However, IELTS/TOEFL scores are mandatory to fulfill minimum English language requirement.

For MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BVSc, B Sc Agriculture, Nursing, etc (Medicine) you must clear state/national level medical entrance examinations. Other options include B Sc in Sciences, BioInformatics, BioTechnology ad so on.

B.Sc Biology/zoology/botany/ genetics / pathology/ Optometry/ physiotherapy/ pharmacy and many more are available if you are not looking to become a doctor. Ayurveda/homeopathy etc are also good options.

Yes you can do this course because many university do offer this course to PCM OR PCB student. Kindly check the university wise eligibility and admission process to apply there.

First you have to clear chemistry to get admitted anywhere. You can opt for PMCs, PME courses in your graduation.
