Aspirants with 60% in BE degree can apply for ME at BITS Hyderabad. However, aspirants need to have GATE score or appear for BITS HD Online Test for admission. 50% seats are allotted via GATE and other 50% is via BITS HD Test.

The BITS Hyderabad accepts the BITS HD exam score for admission to ME. But it is not the only exam that is accepted by the university. Students who have appeared in the GATE examination can also apply for the course.

The BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus accepts GATE and BITS HD exam scores for taking admission to the ME programme. Students are required to earn valid marks on any one accepted entrance exam.

Pursuing ME at the BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus is generally considered a worthwhile. The university campus offers ME course full-time. It is a two-year course that is split into four semesters.
