BSEB Scholarship is provided by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) for students belongs to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST). OBC category students for pursuing Bachelor degree, master degree/diploma programme in government owned/run schools and colleges/ universities are eligible for it. Every year BSEB provided scholarships to deserving students. The eligiblity criteria is as follows:
1. Should be a citizen of Bihar
2. Must have more than 80% in class 12.
3. The yearly income of parents not more than 4.5 Lacs per annum or else form will be rejected.

If you have cleared your class 12 exams you are eligible to pursue UG courses of your choice, however, you may be required to appear for an entrance test in order to secure admission in a college and course of your choice. Yes, you can apply for their exam. However, as per my knowledge, they have just 4 all India open seats. So, if your parents are from the army, there is a high possibility of getting it.
