Well, the entrance exam pattern is quite similar to CLAT except Legal questions. You need to prepare General English, Mathematics, current affairs and reasoning. For this, you may buy any of the materials provided by various coaching institutes or some standard text books for Maths and reasoning such as one by R S Agarwal. Also, for English, Wren n Martin, world power made easy are recommended. Also, for current affairs, you must read newspapers and buy a yearbook by Lucent or Manorma or any good publication. Also, online mock test can be of great help. Also, previous year papers of CU must be practiced for better results.

The most popular exam is CLAT which is going to be held on 13 may 2018. But the sad news is that the application for this has been closed on 31 March 2018. Although you even appear for it another year too. Other national level exams are AILET ISAT on which you can get law admission. For these two exams you can registered for it as the closing date are 14 April 2018 and 4 May 2018 respectively. Many other private colleges conduct their own entrance exam for the admission in law programme. For any other query, please feel free to ask.
Best of luck.
