The University offers admissions to the students for B.Tech on the basis both: merit in class 12th as well as JEE mains. However, students who have attempted and scored satisfactory marks in JEE Mains are given preference.
For merit based admissions, students need to score well above 80% in class 12th board examinations as B.Tech admissions are quite competitive.

The placement of Capital University is not that good if you're considering a college for placement since Around 10% of students got placed in Capital University College and the rest of them went for research work and few went for higher education. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. The top roles offered were assistant manager and managing director.
But, if you want just a degree certificate you can consider this University for study purposes since it has very bad placement records.
