Yes, the University of South Carolina provides scholarship to international students. International Student Excellent Scholarship is offered to reward high achieving international students. This scholarship is offered to two F1 international students each academic year. This is awarded to those students who have cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above and are enrolled at the University of South Carolina for at least two semesters. The undergraduate applicants can submit the application either through USC application or Common Application. In the case of graduate program, the applicants have to fill out either a general USC graduate school application or the school designated application (as applicable).
