It depends on the university you choose some may consider only Diploma GPA and some university also includes past GPA to obtain total result after completing Diploma (This is only applicable for those who has joined directly in 2nd year).

It is better to pursue a regular MBA degree rather than a distance degree. Because MBA is one of those degrees which require a lot of regular networking and working. You would not get all of those from a distance degree.

Sorry, but your score to get admission in government medical college is quiet low. However, you can try other courses like Physiotherapy occupation therapy B.A. MS and BHMS etc. In these courses you will get admission surely!
