College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat (CEMK) is a government-aided Engineering institute,  located in Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant Township of West Bengal Power Development Corporation,  Kolaghat, West Bengal. Established in 1998, CEMK is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, formerly known as WBUT. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. NAAC has accredited the institute with a grade 'A'.

CEMK BTech eligibility requires students to pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. Candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Technical Vocational Subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical).
