No, you cannot join the Central University of Haryana for B.Tech without JEE Mains. Their website states that a valid JEE Mains score is required for admission (Central University of Haryana BTech Admission) However JEE Mains is not the only way to get admitted. The university considers CUET scores for many programs, but for B.Tech specifically, they rely on JEE Mains (Central University Of Haryana Admissions). So if you are interested in joining Central University of Haryana in BTech programs then you should consider preparing for JEE mains. Yes, you can apply for M.Sc data science. M.Sc data Science eligibility requires statistics, maths and IT/CS . If you have done Bsc in any of these, you can apply.
