No, MA Sociology at this university does not offer placements or salary packages, making it advisable for those prioritizing career opportunities to explore other institutions. The university boasts good hostel facilities, free Wi-Fi, and an impressive library, although the canteen and medical facilities are deemed average. While students report a lack of company recruitments and internships, the faculty is praised for being knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to delivering high-quality education with a practical approach.

For MBA admissions, CUO used to administer its own entrance exam. For the general category, the minimal cutoff is approximately 58 percentile; for the OBC category, it is approximately 54 percentile; and for the SC/ST category, it is approximately 53 percentile. For admission to its postgraduate programmes, including the MBA, CUO has moved to the Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET), effective with the 2023–2024 academic year.

For the MBA programme at CUO, there are therefore no previous year's CUET cutoff scores available. Cutoff scores are influenced by a number of factors, including the volume of applications, the difficul

You have a good chance of getting an MBA with 70% in OJEE. But it is not sure. There's not much information on OJEE's acceptance rate for CUO's MBA programme, however it's typically used for engineering admissions in Odisha. In the selection process, it may be considered, but it does not carry as much weight as other considerations such as work experience or in-person interviews.

The average score distribution, total number of applications, and available seats are some of the variables that affect the cutoff scores for CUO's MBA programme every year. It's possible that this year's OJEE score of 70% won't be enough, unlike in years past.

There are differences in the fee structures of various programmes (B.Sc., B.Tech., MBA, etc.). An MBA may require more expensive tuition than a B.Sc. In certain programmes, the cost structures for various specialisations may vary slightly. The total cost is determined by the length of the programme (usually 2-4 years), as fees are assessed each semester rather than annually. Extra charges for things like testing, library, registration, and maybe lab expenses for Science courses. If a student wants to stay on the hostel grounds, there will be fees associated. A qualifying student's cost of study can be greatly decreased by taking a
