Books- Not any special book but NCERT is sufficient and for question s practice a book from Arihant Prakashan titled Target B.Sc. Agriculture is good. Also refer to previous year papers.

Yes, you can opt for B.Tech agriculture through CG PAT if you score good in CG PAT.

All candidates who have cleared Class XII and belong to Chhattisgarh state and fulfill CG PAT 2019 eligibility criteria can apply for the exam. I don't think outside Chhattisgarh students can apply for the same.
