Dear Dhananjay, while filling the form they ask you 'City Preference' for exam center based on that preference they will allot you the location which will not change later. But coming to straight on your query, there are 95% (or I think 99%) chances that you have to go Bangalore for attempting the exam. If you have your 12th marks at the time of admission, you don't need your 11th marks. You just need to submit your 10th and 12th marks.
The 11th standard marks are needed only if you do not have your 12th marks at the time of admission.

Yes, you can. Try to check BBA colleges without maths. I think Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Madras Christian College are other good colleges which allow BBA without maths.
