No, Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC) is not under CUET. Instead, JEC is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Technical University Bhopal and is recognised by the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh. With a CUET score of 440, you've got a good chance of getting into some great colleges for BCom under Delhi University. Here are some options that you can consider:

With 463 marks and belonging to the SC category, your probabilities of entering into Hindu College are very high. However, the reduce-cutoffs for Hindu College are normally quite high.
