The institutes which you can get with 463 score in CUET depends on the category you belong to and the course which you are opting for. 463 is a decent score in CUET which will not get you very good colleges, but you can expect decent Institutes. You may get into DU if you are opting for BA and you can also get admission in some colleges of BHU. You may face problem in getting admission in courses with high demand like BTech, Bcom etc. You have not mentioned your desired course and category, so it is not possible to predict institutes for you.

With 463 marks and belonging to the SC category, your probabilities of entering into Hindu College are very high. However, the reduce-cutoffs for Hindu College are normally quite high. Last year, the CUET cut-off for SC category college students was round 550-600 marks. But, this year's cut-offs may vary. I will suggest giving watch on the college's website for updates on cut-offs and admission lists. You also can reach out to the university's admission office immediately to get a higher probability of being selected.

If you have a low score in CUET- Common University entrance test, for eg. 400 or below, you will not get admission in the highly reputed colleges of DU like Christ University, Sri Ram College of Commerce, etc. For getting admission in a highly reputed Institutes, you need to have your score of around 700. So a low score will get you a college, but not the top one. You will get a normal Institute, so don't expect very good colleges from your score. Also you have not mentioned the exact score, the answer has been given assuming your score is below 400.
