Yes, CUET scores are accepted at GGSIPU. CUET-UG is appropriate for undergraduate courses, whereas CUET-PG is appropriate for PG courses. NO, JMI (Jamia Millia Islamia) does not provide admission through CUET PG exam into their MBA courses. They take there own exam for it i.e. JMICET ( admission forms comes in february).
