Some of the options other than medicine are:
Biomedical Scientist/Engineer: It is an application of engineering to medicine. They work with other healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, therapists and technicians. Do a B.Sc. in Biological Science and then an M.Sc. in Biomedical Science.
Botanists: Concerned mainly with the study of plants and plant life. Do a B.Sc. and then M.Sc. in Botany. IISER entrance exam 2018 pattern is such that the question paper will contain a total of 60 multiple choice questions that candidates need to complete in duration of 180 minutes (3 hours). Candidates will be evaluated out of a total of 180 marks, out of which 45 marks is allotted to the biology section. It depends on the college. Though, you will likely to not stand for any NIT seat and also, no NIT in India offers an aerospace degree till date. I would suggest to get it through JEE Advanced or other deemed universities. Best of luck.

There are many Bachelors courses after 12th like Bachelors in Science, Bachelors in Arts, Bachelors in Business Administration, Bachelors in Business Management and securing 60 % and above in graduation and than go for MBA.

Hi Yash,
Well it's hard to say because the eligibility criteria to enroll for the course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent (PCM-60% and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th / 12th Examination.)
