ICWA and IMA has signed an MOU and hence this confusion. CMA India will be proceeded with ICMAI only and to obtain a CMA USA certification, you need to complete the process. All details are available here so read and decide:

CMA in India has MoU with ICAI and with lot of MNCs in India itself, the jobs are definitely better. The following link might help you further
