Usually, the results for semester examinations in Jaya College of Arts & Science come out about within 10 days from the final date of examination. After the declaration of the results, after the exams are over, a copy of the respective result sheets is sent to the concerned college office and published on the college website so that each of the students in the student list can access their result. A candidate is eligible to join the B.A. programme offered at Bakliwal Foundation College of Arts, Commerce, and Science if he/she has passed their 10+2 qualification from any recognised board of education. A general candidate must have at least 50% aggregate marks, and SC/ST candidates are required to have at least 45% aggregate. Candidates also have to be in line with the requirement set by the college on the subject that the student wants to pursue. Admissions are merit-based from the qualifying examination after which there is verification of documents and payment of admission fees.

KJ Somaiya Scholarship applicants must score a minimum of 80% marks in Class 10th and 12th and 70% in UG studies and must also maintain >=90 percentile in CAT or >=90 percentile in XAT or >= 700 in GMAT or >=250 NMAT.
If an applicant cancels the candidature in the programme after receiving the scholarship will attract a penalty of INR 5 K.
