PDM University and MERI CET, both are located in Haryana. Both the universities offers a variety of UG and PG courses. However PDM University is on a much larger scale. It has 12 different institutions run by PDMREA. It is definitely more expensive than MERI CET. For instance the average tuition fees of B.Tech course in MERI CET ranges between 2.2 - 2.6 lakhs. On the other hand the tuition fees for B.Tech in PDM University changes between 2.6 2 3.3 lakhs. For MBA the tuition fees in PDM University ranges between 1.1 - 3.3 Lacs whereas in MERI CET it rangers between 0.5 - 1.5 lakhs.

For open category candidates from Maharashtra state, outside Maharashtra State (OMS), J&K migrant candidates and NRI/foreign nationals/PIO/children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, the application form fee is Rs 1,000.
