College of Law Eligibility

Students must maintain 80% and above in each semester through the course to continue the IFIM School of Law scholarship. The attendance should be 80% and above throughout. Besides, students should not have any backlogs in any of the semesters during the course of study. 

The renewal of scholarship must be done on time with submission of the marksheet copy of each semester. The student is considered only for the scholarship throughout the course. 

IFIM College of Law BBA LLB eligibility criteria state that candidates seeking admission to the BBA LLB course must have secured a minimum of 50% in the last qualifying examination. It is important for students to note that mere fulfillment of the eligibility criteria doesn't guarantee admission.  Fulfilling the eligibility criteria makes students eligible to apply for this course.

Admissions are done in online mode through the official website of SRMS College of Law Bareilly. The college accepts students with a valid score in CLAT, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round. For admission to BA LLB and LLB, candidates must have passed Class 12 and hold a graduation degree, respectively. 

IFIM School of Law provides merit scholarship to students pursuing a course from the institute. The merit scholarships will be equivalent to 50 and 25% of the tuition fee based on the scholarship criteria. Below is the criteria for Merit Scholarship:

• Earned qualifying marks prescribed for the merit scholarships

The eligibility criteria for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses at Vaish College of Law (VCL, Rohtak) are as follows:

UG:

Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with at least 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC/ST candidates).

PG:

Passed Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university with at least 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC/ST candidates).
