It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) offers MBA, GNM, MTech, and BTech courses. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in GATE, JEE Main, or CMAT for admission to MTech, BTech, and MBA, respectively. Candidates meeting all the admission requirements can apply by appearing for the respective counseling or directly filling out the admission form for admission under the management quota.

Admission to the MBA, MTech, and BTech courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in the CAT, GATE, and JEE Main exams, respectively. Admission to the GNM course is based directly on the scores obtained in the previous qualifications. However, the college also has some seats reserved for direct admission to each course under the management quota

To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT), the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Main or the MP BE exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) offers various campus facilities. Some of these are Modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, a library, a cafeteria, wifi, an auditorium, and transportation.
