For the B.Tech. program, the eligibility criteria in NIET are:

1. Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
2. Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
3. Valid score in the JEE Main or UPJEE or any other entrance exam accepted by NIET.

For the academic year 2023-2024, the tuition fees for the B.Tech. programme are INR 4.1 Lacs for the first year and INR 3.9 Lacs for the subsequent years. The tuition fees for the M.Tech. programme are INR 2.1 Lacs for the first year and INR 2 Lacs for the subsequent years in NIET.
