UIT Burdwan University Selection Criteria

Admissions into the B.E programme are granted based on counselling of candidates based on their ranks in WBJEE. Furthermore, lateral entry is offered based on the JELET score. Key points: There are no seats for management quota.

The hostel fee at the University Institute of Technology, The University of Burdwan is INR 45,200 for a 4-year B.E. course. The one-time admission fee is INR 7,000. The meal plan is not included in the hostel fee. 

The total fee for a 4-year B.E. in Information Technology course at the University Institute of Technology is INR 3.56 lakh. This includes the tuition fee, hostel fee, and one-time payment. 

Candidates must have finished their bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category) in order to be eligible for Burdwan University's LLB program. The LLB programme lasts three years, full-time. Depending on the policies in effect for the academic year, admission is determined by merit or by an entrance exam administered by the university.
