GKU is recognised by different bodies like the UGC and ICAR. GKU Bathinda recognitions and accreditations also include those from AIU, NCTE, PCI, BCI, ISTE, and the Government of Punjab. The university is also recognised as an ISO 21001:2018 organization. Also the NAAC has accredited GKU with a Grade-A+ certification.

Meanwhile, Guru Kashi University's MBA tuition fees range from INR 1.4 Lacs to INR 6 lakh.
