According to the data published on some of the unofficial websites, the academic year 2024/2025, the Catholic University of Leuven acceptance rate stands at 34% meaning out of every 100 applications, 34 applicants are rolled out an offer letter making it a difficult university to get into. Although with right preparation students can easily grab their offer letters.

International students are required to get a Long stay visa to study at Catholic University of Leuven, for whihc they have to pay a non-refundable visa application fee of EUR 180 (INR 17,577).

Yes, in order to apply at Catholic University of Leuven, international students are supposed to pay a KU Leuven application fee of EUR 90 (INR 8.7 K) for master's courses. While applying for the same, international students are also required to submit the scanned copied of several admission documents which are mentioned below:

International students can go for two intakes in a year for Catholic University of Leuven which are Autumn semester (starting in late September/early October) and the Spring semester (starts in February). The university offers a wide range of courses and there are plenty of English-taught programs available for International students for which they are supposed to demonstrate the English language proficiency only by taking IELTS with minimum bands score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 in any areas. 

If a students decides to go for any other courses, a minimum level of B2 in Dutch language is required.
