No, candidates are not allowed to carry calculators to the AME CET exam centre. Applicants are avoid carrying any restricted item like calculator, mobile phone, pager and others while appearing in the exam. Applicants will be allowed to carry their personal pen/pencil, water bottles and other items inside the exam hall.

To qualify AME CET, candidates are advised to study very diligently. Applicants can follow the below mentioned tips to ace the exam with a good score. 

  • Prepare a proper strategy 

  • Make a timetable 

  • Focus on each and every subject. 

  • Dedicate big chunks of time to the difficult subjects.

The AME CET exam pattern is available at amecet.in. There will be 90 multiple-choice questions in the AME CET exam. Every question will have four alternatives. Candidates will have to choose one correct alternative out of four. AME CET exam will be conducted for 360 marks. All candidates are advised to go through AME CET exam pattern 2026 thoroughly to understand the scheme of the exam.

The exam authority mentions the AME CET 2026 exam pattern on the official website. As per the AME CET pattern, there will be 90 multiple-choice questions in the exam. The questions will be prepared from topics of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and General Awareness. Candidates will be given 90 minutes to complete the exam. As there is a negative marking of one mark for the wrong answer, candidates are advised to attempt questions in which they are quite sure.

The exam authority has released the AME CET exam pattern 2026 at the official website. As per the AME CET marking scheme, the candidates will be awarded four marks for every correct answer. However, there will be a negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer. The authorities will not award any marks for unattempted questions. Candidates are advised to attempt the AME CET carefully to avoid negative marking. Candidates are advised to double-check their answer before marking it on the question paper.
