Candidates are shortlisted for the course based on their performance in the entrance exam. Moreover, the university also gives the admissions on the basis of merit, which is evaluated on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12/higher senior secondary or equivalent.

Candidates can choose any of the universities according to their location preferences. Yes, candidates can get  provisional admissions to the BCom course at Dr. C.V. Raman University. The candidates whose qualifying examination result is pending can also apply and will be given provisional admission. These candidates, however, need to provide
the last year's mark sheet as evidence for mandatory eligibility criteria prior to the due date, failing which the provisional admission cannot be made. The candidate thus admitted will have to submit a mark sheet of the qualifying examination within a month from the due date of admission, failing which the provisional admission will be cancelled.

In certain conditions, Dr. C.V. Raman University rejects the application form for the BCom course. Application Form shall be liable to be rejected in case:

  • Application Forms received after the last date
  • Those received without requisite fee
  • Paying off the requisite fee through Demand Draft with lesser amount
  • Demand Draft of requisite fee not drawn in favor of DR. C.V. RAMAN UNIVERSITY, payable at Imadpur, Vaishali.
  • Incomplete information
  • Mutilated form
