Placements: Placements in KIAMS are good when compared to the other premier B schools. Top companies are coming to hire the students with a minimum package of INR 5.0 lakhs per annum. More than half of the students got placed during the mid-session of the second year. The highest package offered is 12.0 lakhs per annum whereas the average package is 6.15 lakhs per annum. The placement growth is increased compared to the past year. Institute also provides the internship of 3 months for the students, in many cases they might give the stipend based on the company and their willingness to give the stipend, if the individual shows the utmost interest during the intern period they might provide the PPO (pre-placement offer)
Infrastructure: KIAMS is a fully residential campus, and it provides 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities for the students in the campus as well as in the hostel but the speed of the wi-fi has to improve. College is full on greenery and has a very pleasant atmosphere. There will be both indoor and outdoor games in the campus like Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket, Football, and squash, Basketball, Volleyball and Carroms. Institute has a clinic in the campus for student health and also has a gymnasium, and swimming pool. Infrastructure of classrooms and labs is very good but there is a need of improvement in the infrastructure too. Institute is providing high-quality food to the students as well as to the faculty.
Faculty: Faculty members in the institute are well experienced and qualified from premier institutes in India. Institute more often depends upon the visiting faculty to provide quality knowledge to the students. The course curriculum is also very practical oriented whereas most of the faculty members have vast industry experience to share with their students. Now the faculty and student ratio is 1:20. There are industry visits for students to help to understand what is happening in the industry and to link the academics with the industry. The learning includes case studies and is practical oriented. Case studies written by the faculty have published in both national and international journals.
