The counselling rounds depends upon the number of applicants, seat availability, and more. GJUST conducts counselling rounds for BPharm until all the seats are filled. In the past, four rounds of counselling was conducted followed by two physical spot counselling for admission to the UG programmes. In 2023, GJUST BPharm cutoff was 93 for the General-All India category.

Yes, no entrance exam score is required for GJUST BPharm course. Hence, you can get admission without any entrance test scores. The aspirants are admitted based on their aggregate in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 or equivalent. Candidates who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria can proceed with the application formalities.

Guru Jambeshawar University of Science and Technology (GJUST) carried out selection procedure as per the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) Diploma Pharmacy. Students are admitted as per their scores in the last qualifying examination. The aspirants should check out GJUST BPharm eligibility criteria before applying as well. GJUST BPharm fees includes various components, such as caution money, tuition fee, hostel fee, and more. Some of these components are one-time chargeable, like caution deposit. While tuition fee and other such components have to be paid annually/semesterly. GJUST BPharm tuition fee is INR 3,400, while the hostel charges are INR 25,400 and one-time fee is of INR 2,000.

For admission to the GJUST BPharm course, aspirant should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from the Board of School Education, Haryana, or another recognised board/university. The aspirants with a valid qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible for admission.
Students should have the educational certificates (original/copies). These documents are required by the university for verification purposes.
