Humanitas University in Italy is selective when it comes to their undergraduate Medicine & Surgery program. Acceptance into this course is approximately 6.5–7%.
To put it into perspective, for EU students approximately 130 spots are available, and there are generally around 2000 applicants that will apply (~6.5% acceptance), and for non-EU students, there are generally around 50 available spots from about 500 applicants (~5-8% acceptance).
In simple terms, every 100 students who apply internationally only about 6 to 7 make it in.

Humanitas University's acceptance rate is 6.5% for international students in Medicine.
- So, this is quite selective. Only about 50 non-EU students enroll each year, so good grades, a solid HUMAT and English are all needed.
- On the plus side, they have small classes and scholarships for top students, so if you do everything necessary to prepare, it is a competitive process but it is feasible.
