Two private institutions in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India are called Suresh Gyan Vihar University (SGVU) and Maharishi Arvind University (MAU). In many different subjects, including engineering, business, pharmacy, law, and more, both universities provide a broad selection of undergraduate and graduate courses.

SGVU offers a fully automated, bar-coded, multimedia library with well-furnished rooms that meet international standards. The library at MAU is well-stocked with a wide range of books, journals, and electronic resources. Students can also stay in hostels provided by the institution.MAU collaborates with numerous sectors, including Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Infosys Technologies Ltd., IBM India Pvt. Ltd., and Wipro Technologies Ltd.Students can participate in a variety of sporting activities at MAU thanks to its well-equipped sports facilities and gymnasium. There is an auditorium at the university that can accommodate 500 people in seats.

Suresh Gyan Vihar University  (SGVU) is a not-for-profit autonomous private institution,  located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In 2017, the university became the first private university in Rajasthan to be awarded an 'A' grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The university was established through the Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur Act (Act no. 16 of 2008) of the Government of Rajasthan. Its predecessor institution,  Jaipur, had been in existence since 1999. Its parent institution, Sahitya Sadawart Samiti, was founded in 1938. Suresh Gyan Vihar University was also granted with NIRF ranking in the year 2021 in the 150-200 band.
