Such universities are identified as dual mode universities and are successfully serving the educational needs of thousands of students in India. Other open school universities which are accredited and are approved by UGC & AIU are also accepted by foreign universities. Candidates seeking admission to the Alagappa University MBA programme must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Must have passed a Bachelors Degree from a recognised University with a minimum 50% aggregate score for General Candidates.
45% aggregate scores for SC/ST candidates
Must have qualified for CAT XAT MAT or the entrance test conducted by Alagappa University. Admission to Alagappa University MBA is done through the national-level or university-level entrance exams followed by GD PI. Alagappa University MBA Application Process:
Applicants who wish to apply for the MBA 2021 courses at Alagappa University have to fill an online application form. Candidates have to choose one of the specializations in the application form. Candidates will appear for the entrance examination. The examination date will be intimated to students at a later stage. CAT XAT or MAT qualified candidates will be exempted from the Alagappa University MBA entrance examination
The shortlisted candidates will be invited or a GDPI round
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of candidates performance in the exam, past academic performance, and GD PI performance.
