Yes, LEAD College of Management does offer direct admissions. The college reserves 50% of the total seat intake for students applying under the Management Quota. As per the official website of the college, 50% seats are of merit quota and 50% seats are reserved for the management quota. The seats are filled as per the rules and regulations of University of Calicut. It should be noted that this information is taken from the official sources and is subject to change.

To get admission in either of the courses offered by LEAD College of Management, students need to qualify the admission criteria of the desired programme. Those who clear the admission criteria can then apply for the course of choice on the college's official website. For the MBA course, the college shortlists students on several basis, such as entrance exam scores, GDPI performance, etc. Meanwhile, for the MCA programme, students need to clear the basic eligibility. St. Joseph College of Communication accepts the scores obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination. There is no entrance test required for SJCC admissions. Minimum eligibility criteria for UG programme admission is Class 12. Candidates are just required appear for the Centralised Allotment Process. However, admission to the UG programme through Management Quota is based on the marks secured by candidates in the qualifying examination, performance in the aptitude test and the Interview conducted at the college.
