You must take a printed copy of your MH CET Law hall ticket with you. Showing a photo or screenshot on your phone won't work at the exam center. Make sure you keep a physical printout ready before the exam day, as it's needed for entry inside the hall.

Your MH CET Law admit card has all the main details you need for the exam. It shows your name, roll number, application number, photo, and signature. You can also see the exam date, reporting time, and the exam center name with address written on it.
It even tells you some important exam day rules, like bringing a color printout of the admit card. Make sure everything on it looks correct before the exam day.

To get your MH CET Law admit card, go to the CET Cell Maharashtra site at cetcell.mahacet.org. Then find the part that says Admit Card or Candidate Login. You just type your application number and your date of birth or password there.
After that, you can download the admit card as a PDF and print it out for the exam. They don't send any hard copy by post, so you must take the print yourself.

Mostly, about 4 to 6 months of steady study is enough to get ready for the MH CET Law exam. If you read a bit every day and keep a small plan, you can finish topics like Legal Aptitude, GK, English, Logical Reasoning, and Maths on time. Starting early always helps because you get more time for mock tests and revision, which slowly makes your speed and accuracy better before the real exam.

CLAT is a national-level law exam held for admission into 24+ National Law Universities (NLUs). It mainly tests you through passage-based and analytical questions, which take more time to solve and need deeper focus. On the other hand, MH CET Law is a state-level exam for Maharashtra law colleges, known for being quicker and more direct. The questions are usually straightforward, and since there's no negative marking, it's mostly seen as less tough than CLAT.

For MH CET Law 2026, you get +1 mark for every right answer, and there's no negative marking if you make a mistake. After that, your marks go through a normalization process using the percentile method so that all shifts stay fair for everyone. The final MHCET Law score is shown as a percentile, not raw marks, and it's usually displayed up to seven decimal places for accuracy.
