The MH CET exam for the Sai Balaji Pune BBA is considered as moderate level of difficult exams, unlike JEE. This exam is a state level exam for Maharashtra. The syllabus of MH CET is based on Maharashtra board (80% syllabus from Class 12 and 20% from Class 11). There is no negative marking in this exam which makes is quite competitive but not as much as JEE or any other national-level exam.
