To gain admissions into GITAM MBA courses, candidates need to register for the CAT or the MAT entrance exams and secure an appropriate rank. Candidates can register for these entrance exams by visiting the official portal for these exams andfollowing the instructions of the announcement circular. If the candidates are successful, they can fill the admission forms for the MBA course at GITAM to gain admissions.

The admission deadline for candidates who wish to apply for GITAM MBA admissions through the CAT exam is 13 September in the year 2025. This date is the last date to register for the CAT 2025 entrance exam. This date is very close at this point of time. There is only 1 specialisation of MBA course offered by GITAM which is available in both the general mode and the working professional mode. Instead of offering seperate MBA specialisation courses, GITAM allows its MBA students to choose the MBA course subjects of their choice. It is difficult to predict the cutoff trend for BTech courses at GITAM as the data is incomplete at the moment. The only 2025 cutoff rank that can be compared with last year's cutoff is the BTech in CSE closing rank. The closing rank for BTech in CSE shows a drastic decrease in the cutoff trend for BTech in CSE admissions at GITAM in 2025.
