No, it is not mandatory to appear for both NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 for eligibility in COMEDK B.Arch. counselling. Candidates need a valid score in either NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE Main Paper 2 (Architecture) to be eligible.

This flexibility allows students to choose either exam based on their strengths and convenience, and both scores are accepted equally in the COMEDK BArch counselling process.

Yes. COMEDK BArch cutoff will be different for every category. Since various determining factors will be considered while preparing the COMEDK BArch cutoff, the category-wise and college-wise cutoff will be different. The candidates are advised to check the COMEDK BArch cutoff as per their category and the college of their choice.

No. Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka does not conduct any entrance examination for COMEDK BArch admisisons. Candidates will be selected for admissions based on their NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 scores. If the candidates have attempt both entrance examinations, then the score which will be more beneficial and advantageous for admission will be taken into consideration.

The authorities have certain guidelines that they follow in case there are two or more people who secure the same rank for COMEDK BArch counselling. To break the tie, the authorities will firstly give preference to those candidates with the least number of wrong answers in the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics sections. If the tie still persists, then the candidates who more aggregate marks in PCM will be allotted a higher rank. Next, the candidates with more marks in the Maths section will be allotted a higher rank. Finally, if the tie still remains, then the candidate who is older in age will be given preference.
