General category students in the COMEDK test need to pay fees based on their selected course and college choice. Engineering courses in COMEDK institutions charge students an annual tuition price between INR 1,75,000 and INR 3,50,000. General category students need to pay an admission fee between INR 10,000 to INR 50,000. Students need to make university payments starting from INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 apart from other college fees. General category students who pursue medical and dental studies need to afford annual tuition between INR 6,00,000 and INR 12,00,000 plus admission expenses between INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000.

Based on previous COMEDK trends, computer Science seats are among the most competitive. In top and mid tier colleges the closing ranks for CSE are usually well below 10,000.With a rank around 66,270 in the general category it is very unlikely that you would secure admission into a CSE programme through COMEDK.

The cutoff admission rank for Jain College of Engineering operated through the COMEDK system exists based on both programme type and student category. The All India quota general candidates who applied to Computer Science Engineering through COMEDK Round 2 required a cutoff rank between 33814 and 74324. The cutoff rank for Electronics and Communication Engineering at 74691 remained similar to Computer Science Engineering at 33814 to 74324. The cutoff rank for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning was set between 26615 to 100543 and Mechanical Engineering needed 93496 to 100543 to secure admission under the All India quota. These

Yes, COMEDK syllabus is similar to JEE Main exam. The difficulty level of JEE Main exam is on the difficult side. However, the COMEDK exam difficulty level is lower in comparison to JEE Main. Candidates are advised to practice the COMEDK mock test to get familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus.

Yes, applicants can answer questions in COMEDK UGET in any order. Applicants are advised to attempt easy questions first to boost their confidence. There will be no sectional timing and applicants can move to various sections of exam freely at the time of attempting COMEDK UGET exam 2025.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka will provide the COMEDK application form correction from April 11 to 14 at the official website. Candidates who made any mistake at the time of filling form can rectify their mistakes through the TS EAPCET application correction facility. Applicants must note that authorities will allow certain details only to be edited at the time of the COMEDK correction facility. No corrections can be made to personal details.

In case any applicants find a question out of syllabus in COMEDK UGET exam then authorities will allot full marks for that question. Candidates are advised to appear out of syllabus questions. There is no negative marking in COMEDK exam.

No, there will be no breaks in COMEDK UGET exam. The exam authority will conduct the COEMDK 2025 exam for a duration of three hours. Applicants are not allowed to leave the COMEDK exam centre before the conclusion of the exam.

No, applicants are not allowed to apply for their preferred colleges. Shortlisted candidates based on results have to appear in the COMEDK UGET counselling process. The colleges will be allotted to applicants as per their choice filling and rank obtained in the exam. After the declaration of seat allotment result, applicants have to accept their seat by paying online fee.
