GIBS Business School situated in Bangalore acknowledges CAT, MAT, and XAT as authorized admission tests for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Approved Admission Exams
- CAT (Common Admission Test)
- MAT (Management Aptitude Test)
- XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test)
Additionally to these Three Tests, GIBS takes all National Admission Tests into consideration when accepting students to their PGDM program. Some examples of additional National Admission Tests accepted by GIBS include CMAT, ATMA, and GMAT among others.

Let's clarify this carefully:
BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) → Yes, commerce students are eligible. Even if you studied commerce in 12th, most universities allow BCA admission provided you had Mathematics or Computer Science as one subject in 12th. Some private universities even relax this requirement.
VISCOM (Visual Communication) → This is a design/media course, not restricted to Science students. Commerce students are eligible since it focuses on communication, design, and media studies.
Aerospace Engineering → No, commerce students are not eligible. Aerospace requires a science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathem
