According to me, B.Com is best especially if you have basic knowledge taught in class 11th and 12th. Otherwise, you can go for other option. B.Com is best as it may create a pool of job opportunities like accountant, marketing etc. And, this will also help in doing any course like CA etc.

Horticulture is about practice of growing flowers, fruits, etc. While forestry is the study of conserving & managing forests. In both you are going to take care of nature, but which is better for you that you have to decide. By the way forestry has more scope.
