Both BHM and BBA have their own career growth depending upon how good you do in your field, which entirely depends upon your learning about your field. BHM on one hand will lead you to jobs in hotels, cruise, restaurants, airlines etc. Where you can start your career once you are a graduate. M.Tech and MBA are two different fields, you first decide whether you want to go for technical background or business background. If you love studying your technical then go for M.Tech, otherwise MBA if your mind is towards business or even if money is a matter. For M.Tech, you have to clear GATE exam and for MBA you need to give CAT and comparatively CAT is easier than GATE, but as the trends are changing more people are tending towards CAT than GATE.
However, there are some colleges in India which give admission without appearing for GATE and CAT exams.

Actually, both of these courses are same only in India we know it as Hotel Management and abroad it is known as Hospitality management there is no difference between them.

Both course are good if you are Planning to do MBA after graduation than you should do BBA and if you want to so some other course like CA, CMA, CS, Law and then do B.Com.
