BAMS would be better. Nursing is a hectic profession. By doing BAMS you will at least save your respect, unlike nursing. And nurses are not paid well in the private sector as compared to doctors. Unless you crack any staff nurse exam that also it's a hard luck because there are less vacancies as compared to number of candidates.

Among ECE and civil, civil is the best option. In ECE, mostly private jobs are available, but in civil, there are a lot of government jobs along with private jobs available. Also, as civil engineering is related to construction and the construction work is never going to stop. So, civil engineering will provide you with job security also and a bright future.

It depends on your interest and effort you put into a field. Maybe mechanics is little harder for some because you may not 'be good' at all the disciplines (programming is totally different than, say, Material Science), but you're not learning everything to an advanced level, so it's not that bad. Other courses are also pretty widespread, they just focus on things related to the main theme (f. e. Mechanical Engineering courses involve technology, welding, material Science, bearings knowledge and so on), whereas mechatronics have more distinct disciplines (brief survey of the mentioned ones, electronics, a bit of programming, etc).

There isn't any major difference, per se. Both are more or less the same subject. Media Science is related to the formulation of new techniques and formulas. The validity may be testified as science always proved what is said. Whereas, Mass Communication is related to the application of such principles and formulas for solving problems which prevail in the society.
