Yes, Government Flying Training School Bangalore has the Pilot Training course. The School offers a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) of 24 Months duration courses. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
1. Min Age 17 years.
2. Educational qualification:10 + 2 Passed with Physics and Maths from recognized board or equivalent.
3. Course structure: 200 hours flying training followed by passing practical and written exams.
4. Duration: 24 months.
5. Maximum age: No maximum age but not advisable for candidates above 35 years due to cut off age for airline recruitment.
6. MEDICAL FITNESS: Should possess good physique /eyesight and should be medically fit as per the standards laid down in the Indian Aircraft Rules.
