Yes you are eligible for CPL course. The eligibility criteria of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Urban Akademi, Fursatganj, Amethi (UP) for CPL course is given below.
1. Educational qualifications : (I) Must have passed English with minimum 50% marks at 10+2 or equivalent. (ii)Must have passed Maths & Physics with minimum 50% aggregate marks at 10+2 or equivalent.
5% of relaxation in marks will be given to SC/ST/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates.

The eligibility criteria of CPL course of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, Raebareli is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 55% marks in Physics and Maths taken together i.e. at least 55% marks in (Phy% + Maths%) / 2 for General Candidates.
B+ and B grades are equal to 8 and 7 GP respectively, which is greater than the 55% hence you are eligible for asked course.

Yes, Government Flying Training School Bangalore has the Pilot Training course. The School offers a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) of 24 Months duration courses. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
1. Min Age 17 years.
2. Educational qualification:10 + 2 Passed with Physics and Maths from recognized board or equivalent.
3. Course structure: 200 hours flying training followed by passing practical and written exams.
4. Duration: 24 months.
5. Maximum age: No maximum age but not advisable for candidates above 35 years due to cut off age for airline recruitment.

The minimum eligibility to take this course is completing 16 years of age, passed 12th with Physics and Maths as subjects and cleared Class- I & Class-II medical. If you clear the minimum eligibility criteria then there are three steps upon completing them you will get a Commercial Pilot License: 1.

You cannot do two courses together. especially the ones which are wide apart from each other. so you can pursue either of them at a time.

Though you can do one of them after the other if you are still eligible for the same.

Hello S Ram, I can understand and appriciate your desire to become pilot. However eligibility for flying schools 8s 12th with PCM. Unfortunately you do not have this. I must at the outset state that, its a very good decision that you are taking. Basic eligibility for joining an academy to get trained as a commercial pilot is class 12th. I am attaching a link to a sample aviation academy in Thiruvananthpuram. Go through it to know about intricacies etc.
