Your clarity in concepts of accounting and economics in class 12th is an added advantage and will help you feel at ease. Rest all can be prepared by the institutes material. Further, you can also have a look at the old questions of previous examinations.

Which level of graduation are you in? If you are in the final year, it is suggested that you go for CS executive directly after clearing your graduation. If you are in the first year or so, yes you can go for the foundation programme of ICSI.
