As per my research during admission every institute either private or government they take some money as security money which is refundable at after completing the degree or if you are withdrawing the form. However after taking admission some institutes do not refund the admission fee except security money.
Apart from this you should once visit the official website or contact the institute for better enquiry.

CT institute of higher studies is a private institute.
It has total 60 seat for BCA. It taken the admission on the basis of the merit. However you have to qualify the 10+2 for taking admission in BCA. And you should need to have good score in the required subject according to your admission criteria.
